Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 42500 platform via our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not continue to use the services provided by 42500.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 42500. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To fully use 42500’s services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one registered account. Attempts to register multiple accounts using the same or different identities without approval may result in suspension.

Users must ensure their personal information is kept up-to-date. 42500 reserves the right to verify user identities at any time using appropriate supporting documents before processing withdrawals or high-value transactions.

Platform Usage Rules

Users are strictly prohibited from using the 42500 platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law or harm other parties. This includes but is not limited to: attempts to hack the system, exploiting software bugs, using automated tools to manipulate games or bets, and spreading false information that could damage the platform’s reputation.

All users are required to behave politely and ethically when interacting with live dealers, other users, or support teams. The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment of any party is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

MYR Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 42500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary based on current policies.

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the same name as the 42500 account holder. 42500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems or bank verification processes. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks before processing.

Any attempt to commit payment fraud, including using credit cards or bank accounts not owned by the registered user, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended without prior notice.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
